I made this cute cake for a friends baby shower on Saturday. The best part was the inside. I tried a new recipe for White Chocolate Caramel Cake. It was DELICIOUS and very moist so I will definately make that again.
So here's the recipe for those who'd like it.
1 butter cake mix
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup coffee mate creamer powder - vanilla caramel flavor
1 box instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 stick butter
Sift box mix, pudding mix, and creamer into bowl and set aside. Put remaining ingredients in mixer on med speed till well blended and slightly fluffy. Add dry ingredients and mix on med-hi for 25 seconds.
Put in pans and bake at 325* till done.
(I used two 9in rounds and baked for 30 min)
